To receive support from us. Please email us or use the form below to send us a message regarding your problem. We will respond back within 24 hours with a solution or schedule a remote session to correct the issue. To receive remote support you must have purchase our annually support plan or purchase a "Per Incident Support".
Updates of QuickTouch for Retailers are updated on a regularly basic to fix bugs and software improvements every 6 months. These updates are Free to when subscribe to our support plan. You may purchase the current software update for $50.00 or subscribe to our support plan for $99.00 you get the update with support for the next year.
New Customers: We do provide initial installation assistance to install the software on your computer through Remote Support.
We only support POS Hardware purchased from us. We can provide support for hardware not purchase from us at a separate service fee, please ask for quote.
Our goal is to provide the best software support. There is a difference between software support, Windows OS Support and POS Hardware Support. We are happy to provide support for Windows and POS Hardware. We offer the most affordable support services.

Customers without support plans:
Email: Response Time 12-48 hours
Email and Remote Support included in the First 14 days from Purchase Date.
After 14 days $60.00 per incident.
Support Fees are nonrefundable

To better serve our customers we offer paid remote on-line support. This is where our tech support staff will log in to your computer remotely. The technical can install our software for you and provide hands-on live training and trouble shoot problems you may have. You must have a valid paid support agreement for this service. All Remote and Phone Support by appointment only. You are welcome to leave us a message using the form below for assistance.
